This policy explains what personal information Rosuick Organic Farm collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. We collect as little as we can.
Who we are

What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject and message you enter. We also record the date and time, your IP address and your browser type. We use these to spot and block spam.
When you email or phone us, we keep what you send us so we can reply.
When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to run and secure the site. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
We use your information to answer your enquiry and to arrange any visit, booking or service that follows from it. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and in keeping the website secure and free of spam. If your enquiry leads to a booking, we also use your information to fulfil that agreement with you.
We never sell your information or use it for marketing.
Spam protection
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that messages are sent by a person rather than a bot. It runs invisibly and collects technical signals such as your IP address and browser details for this purpose only. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Who else handles your information
We use a small number of service providers, who only process your information on our behalf:
- Netlify hosts the website (United States).
- Supabase stores contact form messages (London, UK).
- Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox (United States).
- Zoho provides our email (United States).
- Cloudflare provides Turnstile spam protection, as above.
Where your information is handled outside the UK, these providers protect it with safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK–US data bridge or standard contractual clauses.
The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, and Google may set cookies and collect information when it loads. See Google's Privacy Policy. The share buttons on our pages are plain links: nothing is sent to Facebook, X or the others unless you click one.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for our records of visits and bookings. You can ask us to delete them at any time. Messages identified as spam are kept only to help us block future spam.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop or limit using it. You can also object to how we use it. To do any of these, email info@rosuick.co.uk. We'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
